In this section, you will find information on our previous programs:

Alzheimer's Family Relief Program

In recent years it became increasingly difficult to generate donor support for our Alzheimer's Family Relief Program (AFRP) that provided financial assistance to the families and caregivers of those with Alzheimer's disease.

Therefore, after much thought, the Board of Directors of the American Health Assistance Foundation (AHAF) regretfully decided to close the program. AHAF remains committed to its support of high quality research for Alzheimer's Disease, Macular Degeneration and Glaucoma at institutions worldwide.

If you have questions or would like information on alternative sources of assistance, please contact Ms. Kara Hurst at khurst@ahaf.org or call 1-800-437-2423 and ask for extension 161.
