Have one of these items personalized and displayed at our headquarters in Maryland and we will send you a photograph of your bench, tree, or paver:

“Committed” Benches

We are committed to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s disease, Macular Degeneration and Glaucoma. You can personalize one of the limited number of stone benches (17”Hx15”Wx41”L) that will be placed along the “Walkway of Hope”, for $1,500.00 each (maximum number of 5 lines and 35 characters per line).

“Caring” Trees

We care about everyone who has been and is being affected by Alzheimer’s, Macular Degeneration and Glaucoma. You can personalize a plaque that will be permanently illuminated in front of a tree for $750.00 each (maximum of three lines, sixteen characters per line).

“Walkway of Hope” Pavers

As we walk along the path towards discovering cures for Alzheimer’s disease, Macular Degeneration and Glaucoma, we always have hope that it will happen soon. You can personalize one of the 8”x4” pavers along this path for $100.00 each (maximum of three lines, sixteen characters per line).
